Karen is great so book her with confidence. It was my first reflexology treatment and I had a very good experience. I might go back next month for another one as insomnia is still alive and kicking unfortunately. Make sure you take it easy the next day as it is a powerful treatment not just a silly foot massage.

Amazing treatment with Karen. Felt very well looked after from the start. I had reflexology, it was very gentle, relaxing and therapeutic. Felt a bit ill for the day with the toxin release so would recommend taking it easy afterwards as per the recommendation. would definitely repeat this treatment and also keen to try Karen for Reiki too

I had always thought reflexology was just a gentle foot massage, but after a session with Karen I realise it's much more than that.  Karen took a thorough history beforehand and explained what happens in a session.  I was made to feel safe and comfortable which was very good for me as I suffer from anxiety.  I also had Reiki with Karen which has really helped me on my healing journey.  I now alternate between both treatments with Karen and would recommend her without hesitation.
